Neko Girl -Experiment-

So...This little sketch I was just doing for fun ended up turning into a fun little experiment of only hatching and cross hatching to create the different tones and values this drawing would have gotten if I had just used a regular pencil or if I had coloured it.

I went back to my roots!
The overly drawn neko girl in a classic sailor school girl uniform.

Drawing her was fun, actually. It was nice to just sit back and sketch out something easy and just have fun with it! Rather than constantly worrying about if it looks right and stressing out about getting better and improving and blah blah...like I do when I draw my realism.
